It depends on your model. Many earlier standard 4K Frames and the 2025 LS03FA use a wired One Connect box that can sit in a cabinet or recessed enclosure nearby. The 2025 LS03FW and 2026 LS03HW Frame Pro use a wireless One Connect hub that can tuck away up to 10 meters from the screen. The 2026 standard LS03HE has built-in connections at the TV and no separate box at all. Your model number tells us which layout applies.

On two-plate Frame models, the left and right mounts need the correct relationship to each other, the wall support, and the finished TV position. If the alignment is off, the TV won't sit flush or level. We plan the mounting template, studs or backing, equipment enclosure, and decorative frame together — universal bracket measurements don't account for that.
